Another Day, Another Dolla...

What a day I had at work...I love it when people don't finish their work and leave me to do it...well, they'll get a nice surprise when they see that the laundry they left me to do is still there...I don't know why they insist on leaving me to fold the laundry...and then I get bitched at for doing it! I can't win for losing at that fuckin' place...

And then, I get bitched at for something else...it's an endless cycle...I need to find a new job FAST so I can quit that hell hole...

I didn't get outta there til 8:30 tonight because I got backed from just being busy with customers on top of stuff that wasn't done earlier in the day when there were 3 friggin' people there this morning...

Man, that shit pisses me off...

But, despite all that, I did get a pretty nice paycheck today, so at least I have some cash in the bank now...

So, that was my day...and now I'm off to bed...

Back From the Depths...

Ok, I haven't updated this thing in a while...I mostly stick to myspace, but I'll try to pay more attention over here as well...

Just a quick update since my last one...I'm now working, albeit a shitty job, but a job nonetheless...My car is on the fritz right now, but I'm getting it taken care of...it was much more convenient to run errands when I was a lazy bum...now I'm contributing to society, but it's a pain in the ass to find time to get anything done...

Other than that, not much else...I HAVE to get drawing some more...I've been slacking off so much because I'm always working or just being lazy....I need to do it though...I haven't updated my deviantart page in over a year...it's high time to get some new material up there...I'll work on some stuff this week...

Oh, my mom and I are starting an eBay business...just started it this weekend...we only have 4 auctions up right now, but it's getting all semi-professional...we bought (well, Henry bought it actually) a $200 digital camera to take nice pics with and all this other groovy stuff...wish us luck!

So, other than that, nothing else new....but, I'll be sure to update more often...

T-Shirts Rule....

So I was at the store this evening...I wore my "Boobies Make Me Smile" t-shirt...it was really an unconcious decision to wear it...as it is with most of my clothing decisions...which explains my fashion sense...

Anyway, I was looking at some items and this girl about 18 or so was with her family and she said, "Look, grandma, boobies make him smile." Then she turns to me and says, "Penises make me smile."

HUZZAH!

Damn, I'm a pimp.

Political Correctness Strikes Again...

So, I'm sitting here watching Back to the Future on ABC Family and I'm paying attention to all the editing for television (a.k.a. butchering) they've done to the film...

"Jesus Christ, Doc, you disintegrated Einstein!" is now...

"Geez Louise, Doc, you disintegrated Einstein!"

I can sit through those seemingly meaningless edits...that's fine...

The one that really got me, however, was this...

When Marty writes the letter to Doc telling him he'll be shot, they've removed the reference to them being terrorists...

"On the night I go back to the future, you will be shot ---- Please take..." Etc. etc.

It should be "you will be shot by terrorists."

In fact, they've almost completely cut the Libyans from the film save for a minute or two in the beginning when Marty is trying to run from them in the DeLorean...

"Oh my God, they found me. I don't know how, but they found me."
"Who?! WHO?!"
"Who do you think? The Libyans!"

Cut to:

Marty in the DeLorean driving around the parking lot trying to out run them.

They completely cut out Doc getting shot....

Now, I understand the current world climate, but isn't that exactly what they want us to do? Change how we live because we're "afraid"?

Well, that's bullshit....

I can't believe what they've done to this movie for television...

Thank the Almighty for uncensored DVD....

I swear they'll give licenses to anyone who can walk these days....so, I was driving home from my friend's house Sunday night...I was obeying all the rules, driving the speed limit, staying in my own lane, etc...when there's this big ol' pick up truck in the lane next to me...as I start to get ahead of him, I notice that he's getting closer to me...so, being a defensive driver, I start to slow down...and he's just movin' on over into my lane sans blinker...so I just smack my horn and hold it down for about a minute as he finishes his disregarding merge....then he continues over to the exit....and even then, he can't decide which lane he likes better...I was going to flip him off, but he was too far away to see me and, I mean, what's the point of givin' someone the bird if they can't see it....am I right?

Fuckin' morons.
